Fit 4 Life Cardio at the Montana Athletic Club



You are invited to MACs fun and healthy Fit 4 Life cardio and toning class primarily designed for our active seniors, intermediate exercisers, and those easing into an activity program. This class, led by MAC instructor Tracy Vranizan, will feature a gentle warm up leading into a moderate aerobic section using step and floor moves. Toning and strengthening moves using hand weights, resistance bands and other tools performed from both standing and floor positions will follow. The class will end with a relaxing and valuable 10 minute stretch.
