Qigong at the Montana Athletic Club



With the temporary suspension of Tai Chi, MAC instructors, Bonnie and Tracy, will fill this hour by practicing the art of Qigong (pronounced Chi Gong). This type of training most often refers to the art of using a combination of breath, posture, movement, and sound to cleanse, purify, and circulate Qi in the body leading to improved health and transformation of consciousness. All are welcome - no experience necessary.
